I might do it this week sometime. I just bought Elite Dangerous, and it's the first space/flight sim game I got on purpose. I've just gotten used to the controls and am starting to really enjoy these kinds of games now.

The multicrew for me of Star Citizen is what I'm excited about, I've been waiting for a fps version of like FTL and this seems pretty close.

The free to play has been extended to the end of this weekend (02/14/16). Also after this weekend you will not be able to by both Star Citizen and Squadron 42 in one package. Right now they are included you can get both for $45 if you buy an Aurora starter pack.

All of the ships will be available in game once the game launches so you won't have to spend a dime over $40. Also all of the subscribers that already have the game can buy a base package for $40 so hit one of them up if you want a discount.
