Thread: HIB for 2 reclaimed

Someone was doing this on SPUF for a previous Humble Bundle. He was selling bundles he bought for a penny for a scrap, Valve deleted the topic after he sold several hundred. Why? Supposedly when someone buys a bundle for $0.01 through services like Paypal, the charge Humble bundle has to pay to complete the transaction makes them lose money, so if that's true, they are stealing from charity.

I'd suggest going this route maybe if you miss a bundle, but it would do alot more good if people just subscribed to the email notification and bought the bundles for $1.00 and actually helped charity like intended. 12 games for ~$5.00, can't complain.

Though this guy doesn't seem to be as greedy as the others I've seen, since it looks like he payed over the average (~$5.00) to get both bundles. But who knows, maybe he bought hundreds of copies of both then they were live and has just been saving them.

I am generally suspicious of people trading Humble Bundle codes (I think it might even be against policy somewhere, but I don't quite remember), because it usually is that the seller bought a bunch of copies for 1 cent each and is trading them for profit.

The other thing that you keep bringing up about missing bundles they almost always give you old bundles now on top of the new ones.
