So, I thought this was a misc item. It turns out it's a secondary weapon?

I'm not sure how I feel about the stats though. I feel like the primary drawback to this weapon is really the lack of Jarate or SMG more so than the slow moving while aiming, but I haven't tried it yet.
I'll try it out sometime using the one-week free trial that the Mann-Co store offers for weapons, which is a nice feature. It's Enchanted Broccoli Forest time!

I crafted it and played with it for a little bit. It lets you reliably headshot heavies who are shooting at you, and you can reliably aim while burning, but holy fuck does it make you counter-sniper bait. You're basically immobile while scoped, and even though that's not long, it still makes it so much easier for other snipers. I also found I didn't want to fully charge a shot even when it was needed (mainly against overhealed heavies) because I couldn't effectively use cover to charge. And yeah, not having my SMG sucked.
Then I traded it for 10 weapons, the craft cost is 1 reclaimed + jarate + razorback, so I made a 2 weapon profit :P I'll recraft it when I find another jarate. Overall, I think it's pretty balanced. Good against Heavies and Pyros, bad against other Snipers and any time you need an SMG/Jarate.
