I was going to comment that I'm pretty sure what Addrake is saying during Pimp's screenshot is some kind of obscene insult about the heavy weapons guy.

Sometimes heavy is hard. Plenty of good snipers/spies that will pick them off, and if a team is able to keep enough guys together they can focus fire him down real quick.

All that pic says to me is that there were no decent snipers or spies.
