Dawn of War series and Company of Heroes. Then theres also Command and Conquer.
And Ill whisper the words Heroes of Might and Magic and Eufloria.

I've always just known it as a board game, so I never really thought of it under any genre (like the idiot I am). I own Risk 2 on the computer.

You own Risk 2 eh? Maybe we can get together and play it some day then. I have it lying around here somewhere... IIRC it won't run under WINE though...
