I agree with spaz...Benandorf has never liked the psyco stats (unless his opinion changed when I wasn't looking) and was just pointing out how they leave kick ass players out of it (such as yourself). It means that people can come in here and act all tough shit because their stats are higher than yours even though you are 5x the better player...

Honestly, it didn't matter whose name is up there, your stats were just a good example of Psycostats down playing medics...not play type.

and no, not anyone can be a medic. It does take some skill to be a medic as it does to be an engineer. It's all about location, location, location as a medic too!

I am aware it was not meant to be offensive to me. Forgive me if I was overzealous in my defense. The only thing that makes me upset is if stats don't matter, and everyone knows they don't matter, then why bring it up?

The strong focus on stats in this forum makes me think they do matter, to a lot of people. And not only do they matter, people are being judged by them.

nah.. stats REALLY only matter to those who really need to prove something... people like us, freak, have no use for stats. Anyway, people can judge all they like with all their statistical powers but ingame in really doesn't matter all that much.

Now.. back to trying to reclaim my hijacked steam account... btw.. if you see madtoilet online or soemthing.. it isn't me, some bastard stole my account.

Civil, what the hell is your problem! I never said I was so badass at being a medic! I never said medics suck, I never talked smack to any player saying I'm better. I'm just trying to get a good conversation going, I was looking for a answer more alone the lines of what Spaz said, but these personal attacks out of nowhere are completely irrelevant. The only one acting all big and tough right now is you.

I know, and I didn't mean to use you as the example, but you really were the best example. Everyone here knows you're a great medic, and that was just the point I was making: Psychostats does not reward medics. At all. Which sucks. I was just commenting on it.

I apologize again if I offended you, because I meant no disrespect by using you as an example. I really didn't.

Anyways, I'm going to lock this now, because it's come down to a flame war, and I think the point was made (I.E. Psychostats is not very representative of someone's actual skills at the moment).
