I found a glitch, and it worked superb. Too lazy to spend another hour on it.

Yeah I hate that game too - I went on a huge rant about it in another thread:
Single Player - I mean trying to beat that game on Veteran was the most frustrating experience of my entire COD history. Sure they've always used grenades, but in this one the only challenge this game presented to me was the fact that they seemed to have rained grenades on a CONSTANT basis. It made beating veteran more luck than skill. (Yeah, veteran can always be like this, this was one of the worst ones in my opinion.)
Theres not a single damn creative thing about that entire game, all they did was take perks from Call of Duty 4. Not to mention the Kill streaks are just horrible and still unoriginal. Artillery was awful - and people would just whore out the tanks getting 25/2 the whole game. Atleast if you could pilot the tank as a kill streat, it would add a LITTLE bit of creativity to the game except remodeling COD4 in a WW2 setting.
Helicopter > Dogs
Atleast if you're smart, you can evade the helicopter. In MW2 - you can entirely avoid it by using coldblooded. Not to mention, Dogs? Yeah? Armies regulary just unleashed a giant swarm of dogs onto a battlefield? Bullshit. Someone called in air support/helicopter to help them in a fire fight? Sounds plausible enough.
Air Strikes > (useless) artillery strike
Also - I know, COD has never been realistic. But it's ALWAYS been atleast authentic. Everything in cod for the most part, have been utilized (COMMONLY: keyword) by soldiers of their era. One thing I did not see was 90% of WW2 soldiers running around with suppressors, flash hiders, aperture sights aka red dot sights, acog scopes, etc. It really killed my sense of immersion. Yeah its just a game but I like a certain sense of authenticity to my games. I'm also a ww2 history buff, so that doesn't help either.
If I don't have the map packs, 9 times out of 10, I'll be pushed into a lobby with a map I don't have. It then kicks me out. So instead of just giving me games and lobbies that aren't playing DLC maps, it just kicks me out every other game. Or if I'm playing with someone who doesn't have it, then I have to back out because it kicked him out.Awesome. Thanks.
Everytime I have a friend I'm playing with, he'll also get dropped from the party very often. Forcing us to back out.
Bouncing betties. Sure you can detect them but lets face it, they're so much noob friendly in WaW than in the MW series. Two very bright red lights 3 feet long > a very slightly gold object that a inch or two. Atleast this way, you're forced to actually THINK about where youre planting the claymore and what direction to point it in.
The Special grenades are nearly USELESS. Who in that development team actually thought these things were effective at all? You'd have to be an idiot to actually stand in the gas, and even then, it's not like you can rush into the room and finish him off because then you start going blind too. Atleast with flash and stun, if you throw one into a room, he's directly disadvantaged without hindering me at all. Serving exactly their purpose. Flare is just useless, I won't even address that.
There are many more reasons. But as I said - opinions. I can see why people would dislike MW2, but atleast it tried to advance the formula than just stealing someone elses and giving the perks new names. And people actually give them credit for that? I find that funny.

You are correct with everything you said. I had the same problems.
I didn't try Veteran on WaW because eve on Regular, they rained grenades. I can't imagine Veteran mode.
Ah. It blows. I hate it. It's either MW or MW2 for me, unless I want some zombies (in which case, I have L4d2 for)

It might be a different part of the war, or might be Vietnamese using dogs.
We'll have to see.
It sounds bad already, but the graphics look good.
Another chance to rack up some achievements (hopefully more than WaW).
I really want to know about the subscription thing. I am NOT subscribing to a game.
I am not going to play it 2 years later, probably.
L4d is the only exception, along with my N64.

Oh.
Wow.
Sorry about that. Damn, I feel like a noob.
Anyway, getting this thread back on track!
WaW is only good for its Nazi Zombie game.
My best round was 28, I believe.
Any takers here?
