Well, since I'm here and all how about another update?
Since my raise I have received a promotion, which I will officially start on the 20th.
The extra bump in pay has allowed me to reconsider my current house and am currently trying to close on another this week.
So a raise, a promotion, and a new home.
Its been a busy couple of months...
