he means people complain when soldiers and demos jump around before the game starts b/c they have to constantly switch targets

I think this is possible when you have a whole minute for prep, but i'm pretty sure switching targets slows down the uber charge at least slightly. Therefore, good luck getting uber before the gates open in granery before the doors open if you switch. Hell, i barely get a full uber charge healing one person in there.
