Medic Achievement Question(s)

but I can't get the once where you have to get 5 kills with an uber charge ready. Do assists count?

If assists count I would have that one already. Got to love my bonesaw though since I can't use the syrninge gun well.

some quests require a decent amount of people to get it done. which cant be done when priming because there isnt enough people
