but yeah, i played it when it was free, and i didn't find a class i liked... so
it might have been that there was a never a medic when i wanted/needed one

Simple definitions but relatively true... What you're missing is that the former is an adjective, while the latter is a verb

You were looking for a verb there.

I was using the bold to put emphasis on the word rather than the spelling, though

Not many people tend to use "loathe" in casual conversation.

I use loathe all the time in normal conversation...


and I got a buddy into TF2 during the free weekend...he tried it friday night and was bitching "it's so unbalanced!! I don't get how anything works!" So I dragged him into the servers and was kinda walking him through, when I died, I'd spec him, and message him tips and such "Hey! you're a scout! try double jumping!" or "Hey! sniper! wait for the dot to get to full size and it does more dmg!!" etc etc....

he went out and bought the game yesterday :-P he LOVES it now that he understands it!!
