Im going to have to say give SOME classes nades. I'll go through my logic/grenade ideas:
1: Scout: im liking the jumpy nade idea, no damage, but can break up an uber/"rocket" jump. Like a portable pyro air blast.
2: Soldier: No. He has a ROCKET LAUNCHER!
3: Pyro: Flare gun is pretty much an incendiary grenade launcher, albeit with little blast radius.
4: Demo: Im liking that nade actually. The initial explosion doesnt do that much dmg, but the TNT pipes do a fair amount. May make the demo a wee bit overpowered though.
5: Heavy: He has a minigun, what else does he need?
6: Engy: wouldnt mind an EMP grenade of some sort
7: Sniper: No, hes supposed to be at long range
8: Medic: I like those heal nades alot.
9: Spy: Those concussion grenades sound fun, but a tad overpowered.
Thoughts? Opinions?
