Re: Spy's points -- just as deceiving as a disguise

I'm out of practice as a spy. Looks like ill have to start doing that so I can get back into one of those top spy spots. It seems your spines have been missing my knife.

Although I must admit right now that I'm sucking as a spy.

    Lay off enf.
    Mine was sarcasm too.

Text is the worst form of communication for us sarcastic people. I think we need to start using a sarcasm precursor. I think the :2 icon will do.

There are already 2 how to be a spy articles. By two of the best spies to ever grace our servers. A weakling spaz and Teliko.

And IMO no one on this server gots shit on teliko as spy. Go read his guide now, maybe some of the spies in here can learn somethin.
I appreciate the compliment and I do my best to be a good team player. I also do believe I learned alot from Special K and Agent has been my life long spy ally. We teach each other alot, trade notes, and work together in server. Hell, I love workin with Menoske whenever possible.

Funny story, going after key players and smart strategy. I bumped into Vulcan..i forgot what map. He swings his knife. I draw my gun and blast him. (The revolver does more damage than knife at close range, but I was back peddling). I loved how when Vulcan respawned called myself and Agent pussies for drawing guns instead of dealing with a knife fight.
Also, is your spy stabbing enemies that having nothing to do with the main battle.... This will raise the question, "Well, if they get to the frontline won't they will be affecting your team?"
But... wait isn't playing smart better than going headstrong into a knife fight for a mere "I'm better than you at knife fights" title? So.. where does trying to 1v1 knife fighting and crying fit into the topic of chasing after uber ready medics, soldiers, and top players?

People need to figure out that you want to win. If you know you can win in a melee fight and someone else desides to shoot the crap out of you then you need to change stratagies.

Yeah, this isn't 2142 where you can easily charge a guy with an LMG or HMG and survive to knife them, and I'd rather have my team's spy alive and moving to the next objective whether that is some info, a sap, or a backstab. The team's honor before your own should is a mantra here.
enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
    Bigdog-
