Good stuff. Some other thoughts:
When ubered, Sentry bullets and rockets can really knock you back. As medic, you should run up as close as you can to the sentry. This draws the sentry fire on to you, and lets your demo/heavy/whoever run in close enough to take it out. Also as medic even if you hit your uber late and your target dies, you can block the sentries fire so that anyone coming behind you won't get shot.
When attacking sentries below you while ubered:
(prime example is dustbowl stage 2 cap 2, where there are sentries under the ledge)
As you run off the ledge to get the sentry, DO NOT JUMP. Chances are good you'll be getting hit by rockets from the sentry, and if you jump off the ledge and get hit you are effectively doing a rocket jump. You will fly away across the map and be useless.

Same goes with most any explosive while uber'd. You won't take damage, but you will certainly get tossed around, so try to avoid those stickies instead of just plowing through them, and definitely do not jump. I've seen quite a few people go flying across the map, leaving me with a wasted uber that way
