All you have to worry about is if you're helping your team. A guy in a slump who's on his mic and at least attempting to work together for the objective is just as helpful as that silent guy with a 5.0 KDR. Of course even better is that guy on his mic who's working together and has a 5.0 KDR (probably making untold number of kids cry along the way), but not all of us can be him. We just do what we can.
