Legal or Not? Well (CP)
We had an incident where members of the red team, sticky/rocket jumped over the trains into blue's side before the round started (before the gates opened). Does ttp allow this? If this has already been addressed then I apologize, but I could not find it.

I think that it SHOULD be not legal, but whatever.
Me: "But the Gunslinger is so much more fun..."
Langrad: "We're here to win, not to..."
Me: "Have fun?" "Hahaha"

Valve DESIGNED the maps so that you could jump over.
Its tactics, its strategy. Learn to adapt and use it to your own advantage.

When TF2 was released, that was a fairly common strategy to get a bit of surprise on your opponents... Most people figured out how to counter it pretty fast and it usually wound up having a negative effect on the team performing the action since they would quickly lose a soldier/demo.
