Crazy rocket jumping

I was looking on Youtube for some video showing how to get from spawn to center at startup faster as a solider (wall jumping). I found some nice ones, but I also found this:

Obviously he uses health hacks but I'm wondering if he has any other cvars modified? His forward speed gets ridiculous at times, but it seems like maybe it is a sort of "cumulative" thing where the speed of each jump stacks on the previous.

Yea nice vid but it does not count.

Porting that into the pub server would prove deadly. After two solid rocket jumps you better hope the enemy is not around and there is health nearby.

If there is a medic on you jump away.

they did nerf the ability to "cumulate" your speed at some point in the past, but I can't recall if it was before or after this video...

Idk tf2, but i know bunny hopping, and it seems like hes using a modified version of bunny hopping, maybe jumpin then using rocket to propell further
w/e it is, hes worked in bhoping...

No weird cvars except unlimited health, and the damage nerf sort of removed the ability...you can get the rapid speed after the first jump but it won't add up anymore as much, and because of the damage nerf, its not very useful anymore.

If you are trying to learn the speed routes, download some of the CEVO P demos and watch the soldiers, the higher quality of using a demo helps pinpoint the little spots they hit.
