too many scouts

Scouts were already pretty damn good before. Now they're just easier to learn with the FAN and Sandman being available.

If your team is winning rounds, what does it matter if there are 10 scouts on your team or 0 scouts on your team, how long its taking you to win, or what side you are on? This shouldn't matter just like having a 0.00000001 K

ratio, just as long as your team is working together to complete the objective.

Yesterday on dustbowl I had a team with 3 or 4 scouts on defense on stage 3...they would all volley their sandman in waves while we spammed blu to death. Worked well because they coordinated it pretty nicely.
