    Stun the medic so his ward isn't being healed or ubered, kill the ward, and then wait for the medic to run out of uber.

    A nice proposal was just to reduce the availability of baseballs. Make them few adn far between and require some effort to "earn"

    yeah, when a pyro juggles an uber, that is an adaption playes made with the blowback feature. This is a weapon designed to make players vulnerable WHEN THEY ARE INVULNERABLE. I disagree with it.

    The difference is you cant do jack shit while stunned but the uber can still shoot and the teammates can kill the pyro to let you pass.

    also it takes some amount of skill to keep an ubered pain in the air and ineffective. the sandman however takes a simple click

    That is actually a really cool idea.

    Because then to stop an uber you would have to stun the medic. Otherwise you would stun person getting the uber and then the medic would heal them and be moving in a very short period of time (like a second).

    That would mean scouts would have to have skill to stop an uber instead of just knocking a ball in vaguely the right direction.
    Yes, that sounds like it would work out a lot better and like firecrack says it would be good if they had to do something in order to get the ball if not they should at least make it so that the ball takes a bit longer to come back after they throw it if they haven't gone out of their way to pick it back up. I really like the idea of having a heal remove the stun. If they did those things then I would really have no problem with it anymore.

    i think that once a scout uses the ball it should be gone until they're dead, or at least use some kind of timer. firecrack's idea of earning the baseball sounds really spot on.
