For now I'm gonna leave everything the same and see if I can get it to happen again. If/when it does, I'll take a photo and then start changing things. I'm also gonna do some stress tests eventually, because eventually I want to O/C this CPU... but probably not until after I sort out this BSOD.

As far as the memtest thing goes, check to make sure your RAM sticks are in the right slot(hear me out)

A while ago, i was having the same problem I had two 512 MB sticks and 2 1GB sticks. I had the 512 MB Sticks in slots 1&3(primary) and the 1GB Sticks in slots 2&4(secondary)

All i did was switch the order, put the larger sticks in the primary and it worked, and it would pass memtest because there was nothing actually wrong with the RAM.

However i was getting a BSOD whenever i even tried to launched TF2.......

    Re: BSOD: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Well here is one weird observation. The first several times I turned on my new build, POST was counting only 4GB (instead of 6GB) RAM. I figured the BIOS needed updating or something, especially since Windows, Memtest, and EVEREST all recognized the full 6GB.

However, after reading this thread, I gave each stick a firm push to make sure it was fully seated (and they all seemed like they were). After that (I cannot remember for sure if it was immediate, since I hadn't made the mental connection then), POST started counting the full 6GB. And I haven't had another BSOD since then. Wonder if that had something to do with it... although I'm kind of doubtful since the sticks seemed seated to me. The POST thing is weird though.
