Ok, love it or hate it?

I would love it more if the regen time was faster, like 8 seconds instead of freaking 16. It's good for what it is but has this one flaw that makes me stop using it after a few minutes. Everything else is fine.

I agree the Cloak and Dagger is good but its not, sure does takes its time to fill back up so I stop using it. Now that Dead Ringer now that's something to be very happy about I love running right at guys letting them hit me except pyros of course, my fake dead body drops giving me whatever amount of seconds to flee to a safe spot usually behind the enemies and it leaves your disguise on which makes it even better so I say screw the Cloak and Dagger stick with the Dead Ringer if you have it.

Dead ringer is crap.

All the good spies pretty much think its crap. The positives just dont outweigh the negatives.

Aka the loudest fucking sound in the world that people can hear and call out halfway across the map.

I use C&D on defense mostly i still use the standard watch most of the time. dead ringer is for spys that don't know how to avoid damage or people.

Don't like it myself to be honest. Sometimes I think that I could be using it in a situation, but more often I find myself wanting instant cloak from ammo. Although it can be fun to dick around with the enemy team a bit by getting 4 of them on your tail and then just hiding out somewhere.

As for your suggestion, no. The regular invisi-watch has a regen time of 30 seconds, and that's plenty fast. Your cloak DRAINS in 8 seconds, buffing the regen time by that amount would take away the point of it not being able to use ammo for cloak.

I was just guessing on how long it takes to recharge. :3

Still though....wasn't the previous update supposed to make you cloak regenerate faster with the Cloak & Dagger?

And as for the Dead Ringer, it's good on only certain maps and certain situations. But for general use the invisibility watch is still the best.

EDIT: I did a test and it takes about 30 seconds to recharge, regardless of whether you're cloaked or not. That's fast though?

I suppose that's why they have it, you're supposed to move slowly and observe. I guess they made it better for precision, cause with the invisibility watch you'd cloak but you have the possibility of a enemy bumping into you accidentally or something like that.

I don't know....I'll give the thing another go or two, after all I only have 35 hours or so as spy.

I use it. It's really helpful; I mean, come on, the long recharge time shouldn't be a problem when you can stay permanently invisible. Bit of a camper item, though if you can wait for just the right moment you can mess up the other team's Engineer stuff.
