    Really depends on what your up agianst. Sure a pair of scouts can be absoulutly devastating but at othertimes there is to much choke for the scouts to avoid explosions. Or to many sentry guns. Or to many big classes lighting shit up.

    I don't know what this chart is talking about, when I'm sniper I basically add 99% , course it only applies if Adobek isn't on the other team . But really, a pretty good chart.

    About the Bonk discussion though, I find Bonk really useful, and to be honest I don't really need or use the pistol on the scout, it has a good damage output yes, but I would rather just reload my scattergun and use that, its much more powerful. The bonk saves me from certain death constantly, especially when I've been lit up by a pyro. I play scout pretty aggressively so maybe that's why I get more use out of it, but for me its a useful tool.
