I would suggest the scout, he drinks plenty, but alas his aim sucks too (he's too jittery and ADHD)

Dont worry, they would have been cool at the beginning but then got more annoying then the scout and the spy combined

Tenth class would've been cool, but it'd break the balance of the game. Then nobody would want to play Call of Fortress 2.
