Am I a one-dimensional player? Maybe. But I can "pewpew" or "boomboom" in countless other boring fragfest, respawn-o-rama games. I only switch off Medic whenever there are already two other competent teammates playing the class. Ultimately, it comes down to—once again—class balance and communication.
sMOKe, I'll pocket up with you any day. That is, if I'm not already being FAW's personal Medic. :PHappiness is a roiling fermenter.

When I play medic I always call the flank before anybody else, and when I have a good medic with me he usually notices spies before me or anybody else.
