So? It wasn't a binding vote by any stretch of the imagination and I said in the vote that I wasn't going to put those two variables on. There is no evidence they are popular beyond a comp/PUG environment.

Where's the community spirit, and ability to let everyone ELSE enjoy themselves. Selfish over reaction is not team play. I don't bitch about the crit servers, or games I'll never play hosted at TTP. It's a community, not my personal playground.

There's no problem with this going back to a crit server if the numbers don't work out, so come on. Be constructive or keep quiet until you can come to terms with a small change. If you don't like it, that's totally fine, but say what your experiences are, and WHY... don't be a lone wolf sniping little shit cunt. Share with the group, and help out.

Should we inform/talk to some large competitive communities about our new server. They may enjoy playing there.

And I agree however, fixed damage and fixed spread are stupid. The random damage is similar to the hitboxes in CSS or any other game. Sometimes your bullet hits an arm, even if you were aiming for a chest. And fixed spread is stupid as fuck... shotguns aren't accurate and they shouldn't be.

Nah, just we don't go into pub communities trying to recruit, we are above that.

If it can't sustain itself unassisted with whatever type of player is now attracted to it, it should go back to as it was.

This isn't supposed to be a server for comp players, its a server for people who like the TF2 5 point maps without crits, which I personally think there are a lot of and will enjoy the server.

A great companion to the other 2 servers offerings. Chocolate and Vanilla. Beer and Whiskey. Etc.

Thread needs to get back on topic.

This thread is about no-crit changes and the effect on teamplay, communication and strats. Lets keep things relevant to that, or I can split the posts off and we can have this debate elsewhere.

I need to be able to read the posts and evaluate the opinions of people to the changes on the server, not a debate about game theory in general.
