If you suspect a hacker notify an admin and its his job to spec. If there isn't an admin, then spec away of course, record and post it in the prob. players thread.
But if your spec'ing for other reasons and its 11vs12, you need to get in game and record whatever footage you are getting some other time. Nobody wants to be down a man because a spec is just watching people, no offense.

I've always thought of it as everyone wants to get into the server..so ESPECIALLY* if it's packed, you have no right to spectate..this is simply because of the high demand of playing on the server, as fun as it might be to spectate....your team needs you and if you don't want to play someone else does and NOW*.

Eh, message the admins first, and if you don't see any on, then spec. Hackers getting banned takes precedence over full teams in my opinion. I suggest also adding all mods of this forum as friends in steam; not sure why it's a good idea, just got a feeling it'll make things easier.
