Going around lookin' like a pimp and slappin ma' hoes with ma' bottle, priceless.
Probably to me one of the best hats in the game altogether.

Worst - all the freaking "everybody" hats...they really do suck.

Worst part about the Douchey Scout Skull Cap Thing was that I got it by combining another scout hat I didn't want with a heavy hat I didn't want (the helmet).

Wow, I guess I just found me evil twin or something. For me, the kabuto is the most awful and out of place hat in TF2, while the Scout hat you're talking about is a Jughead tribute, and everyone loves Jughead.

Then again I don't own either so...

Fave: Tie betwixt the Medic's Prussian Pickelhaube and the Heavy's Officer's Ushanka. Both are so very fitting.

Worst: Spy's Camera Beard. I mean...wtf? Crafted it already.
