    Can't see any Sprays?

    Well then I think I know what the problem is, go to your options menu and click on multiplayer. At the top of the list, you'll see something that says decal limit, set it to 200.0, and make sure to uncheck the box for "Disable Sprays".

    You should now apply and restart the game, the next time you play you should be able to see yours and everyone else's spray. Hope this helps you a little.
