The Scout pack isn't worth it. But if you're a Spy who wants some stealth back in your game, trust me, the Saharan Spy does just that.

i have all the spy items just not the hat. i have cafted and failed 2 times trying to get it :O

I call BS on that. It's hilariously fun and having 150 health makes a giant difference. You can go toe-to-toe with more classes and have a greater impact on the overall flow of the game.

Just found out that the paint can only change the colors of hats? That sucks...I was hoping to paint my Black Box white with my can of "An Extraordinary Abundance of Tinge" but when I go to "USE" in the backpack the only items I can click to change are hats.

Lame.

What hat should I paint white?

I think they are just trying hats for now; other items will probably be paintable in the future.
