But if you didn't you would be out a weapon and the hat you wanted, Forcing you to spend money if you really wanted something.

The hat craft shouldn't be random if you can only make one.

Question,
If I get the special metal can I use it after Halloween? Because there is no way I can get enough metal to craft by the end of this event with these damn caps.

I finally was able to check his pack... that hat appears tradable, so if you don't get the one you want, you should be able to trade for it...
