    Pirate pack is what I've been saying for a while now... For serious, the Demo needs a peg leg, and perhaps a bird on the shoulder to go along with it.


    My thought,
    Had an idea for a possible sticky replacement...

    Detonating pills... No auto timer. No charge up for distance. No wall/ceiling traps, just floors.

    Explode on contact before a bounce (just like pipes) but with reduced damage.

    Detonating rollers, bouncing around corners, etc. would probably be fun to use, and perhaps a viable alternative, that would encourage aim, and reward great players. Different, but still similar.

    Predictable bounces, not pill style randomness would still allow decent jumping.
    A cutlass, and something for the pill launcher...

    The peg leg would reduce self jump damage if you were using the detonatable pill thing/whole pack or whatever... Worse jumping, but less damage to you.

    The demoman does not need a weapon replacement that removes an explosive for a melee, they tried that once, it blows.

    Well the cutlass would replace the melee weapon. Double pill, or larger pills, or rounder pills, or something to replacethe pill launcher, and whatever for the stickies.
    But we really need another kind of pill launcher

    For a sticky replacement, I was thinking a bottle of rum. It would act either like the Buff Banner, or be an emp.

    Yeah a throwable item with a spash and an effect has worked out pretty well for valve, i wouldnt mind seeing another one
