    The character skins are client side, really easy to install, and are the only thing currently available. Here's the website: Team Fortress 2: Tron

    Now from what I understand after reading the video's description, some of the stuff in the video won't be possible to actually run in real-time but I would keep an eye on that blog site to see what the designer comes out with!

    I don't think you can run skins on TPG, given the sv_pure settings.
