    New Server Plugins

    A few server plugins were added to the server.

    1. All-Talk Manager
    2. Advertisements (TeamPlayer Gaming - The Front Page & Go Visit TeamPlayer Gaming - The Front Page and Register!)

    I would suggest that we make a broadcast message of this sort of information on the server itself, so that a player looking for a server with no alltalk doesn't join with under 8 people and assume that alltalk is always on.

    Usually that type of stuff is explained when a person joins (kind of like only melee until we get x number of players). But if theres a way to put a god chat msg up during this all talk time, then so be it.

    I know when round ends you usually see a message in chat that says alltalk enabled.

    Edited cfg so All-Talk is on until 12 players are on the server (6v6).
