Not sure if it's just for me, but your replays should work if you save them after you die. Trying to save a replay while still alive will cause it to crash when I try to watch them.

Well you're the first person I've seen suggest any fix or work around at all, so I'll give it a try.

This one is a little bit hard to see, but I stab n sap the engie and his gun, and the pyro (chicken) tries to light me up, but he airblasts me and somehow misses the flame, and I fly back up onto the ledge while he proceeds to go down and kill me but I'm not down there! xD

Sorry I didn't do the replay of me stabbing you up the stairs Vulcan and then stair stabbing your medic (dom), when I try and watch it, the game crashes :/

Oh and one last, very important thing I really need help fixing. I always get these darn lag spikes like once ever two minutes that are sooo annoying and can screw me up pretty bad. Here's an example:
