Thread: The new soldier items

I'm loving the reserve shooter, though I feel its a bit unfair to get minicrits on people who are just jumping. They should make it like the Direct Hit: Only minicrit on people who are launched into the air. I also crafted the market gardener, but found it to be very underwhelming. Timing the swing to hit someone while they are in range but before you touch the ground is very difficult. You would probably be better off with the equalizer if you insist on trolling. I haven't crafted the LL or Mantreads yet.

What? The disciplinary action is amazing. It makes you and whoever you hit 40% faster, capped at scout speed, for four seconds. That means scout speed for every class except the soldier (it stacks with GRU). No rollout will be complete without a couple of these.

The whip is great for mid rushes on round start, otherwise not useful

The new rl is interesting but I still like the blackbox the best for the pub unless I'm playing with the med. The heals add up a lot over time.

Shotty is funny as hell when guarding spire/boxes/roofs. Banners still better for payload or getting ready to take/defend a point.
