    Anyone else's TF2 crashing when trying to load?

    My game goes through the opening credits fine but when it gets to the load screen, the game minimizes itself to a smaller window and crashes. Atilla is having the exact same issues so I'm thinking this is some kind of goof up on steam or valve. Anyone else having these issues?

    not minimizing itself, but mine is crashing at the same point yours is.

    This patch has caused its affected games (Team Fortress 2 and Garry's Mod) to become stuck on start-up. There is currently no known fix.

    lol, just looked at the Patch notes:

    -fixed a rare startup crash.
    Yeah? Fixed it how? By making it available to EVERYONE?
