the mod is hot loadable right ewok? It should not require a restart of the instance for additions like a reserve slot or an admin, just a map change - ?

Ok there are a couple of things on this topic:

1) It doesn't reread configs on map change, only when it's loaded.

2) BUT specifically for admin accounts, it has special support for reloading them at any time. Anyone with "config" powers (all highs + me) can do a console command (ls_admin_reload) which will reload all admin accounts right then and there without interrupting the game. Reserved slots don't have this yet (ls_reservist_reload), but they will in the next version. My intention is to allow lonestar to re-read any configuration on-demand so it never has to be taken down just for configuration changes.

3) For forcing it to re-read all configs, to re-read a config that doesn't have special reloading support, or to replace the dll, it can be hot-loaded / hot-unloaded at any time, without taking the server down
From server console (or if using rcon, just have an "rcon " in front of each line)

set it so the configs are ready every map change. This allows us to update the cfg's by FTP, and then rely on the map change to impelment the changes. We do this alot, since the server is regularly busy and we don't want to have to restart it to make a simple cfg change.
