I did it on Dead Center and a lot of people say that is the easiest campaign to do it. Crescendos are very easy with Boomer Bile. Finale isn't too bad on Campaign.

I don't know if doing it on DLC maps count, unless you are trying to test it I wouldn't recommend chancing it.

IMO, No Mercy is how I got it and I found that campaign to be the easiest one to do it on, it's probably just because I outplayed that campaign enough to be familiar with it though.

Part of me wants to finish doing the L4D2 Campaigns on Expert just so I can feel all badass (I did Dead Center and Dark Carnival already with help).
