How exactly will this be performed? Will we have to switch players one at time or will we be able to pick opposing pairs to switch?

Probably both. So you could force someone to join a team (room permitting), or you could select two people to swap.

When can we expect that.. That would be VERY helpful....or when you join you are automatically assigned..

1) It will be universally supported on all games
2) I don't have a timeline because life is a bit crazy at the moment, but it is "the next feature" besides slay
3) It will be able to force someone to a team for sure. Swapping players is trickier because of the coordination involved. If it starts taking too long I'll release early so you at least have force team change while your waiting for the easier to use swap.
