Yeah both of those can be moved.

And an option could be put under voting that allows an admin to call an "extend this map" vote, it wouldn't be too hard. And while Langrad is right that we have to watch the clutter, I don't think this particular thing would be an issue underneath the voting menu (which is pretty bare).
