tf2: crits and damage spread

I could have sworn LS had a vote option for disabling crits. If not, it would be nice to have because I have seen many instances (especially in 24/7) where many ask about it.

I am not in favor of us allowing any mods to the game. We should play the game the way it was designed.

LoneStar already supports generic game setting votes, so you just have to bring it up with the appropriate admins and talk about it

Per that thread can this be put into a beta or something on the test server to make sure nothing explodes when crits/damage spread are disabled/re-enabled?
