    The bottom looks too busy and saying podcast when you have a podcast logo seems redundant.

    Alright.. as per Tick's request, I made them 300 X 300 at 300ppi(dpi).. which slightly alters them as origionally they were something like 300 X 330h .. so slightly shortened.

    bottom spreads the initial focus of the picture out, on the top just feels cramped
