    Also, even if it may be obvious, I just figured this out myself, and it helps quite a lot...


    You have to "trap" your enemy in stickys. Doesn't mean, around a wall or anything, more like if a scout is rushing you, trap him in a circle of stickys and then use pipes to kill him, or detonate the stickies. May not be a good example, but I didn't know this, so it would be helpful to include it in an aritcle.

    I also like running pill traps if I am being chased...

    As you run through a doorway, spam a few pills at the top of the door frame and they will bounce off and land around the doorway thus damaging or slowing down whoever is chasing you.

    One thing I've learned in my progress along the way is to control people with your stickies, especially scouts and medics.

    Some people run away when they see you plant stickies, but if you put them at your feet while running backwards from a scout you can literally control his direction of travel.

    I also use it to control ubers when possible. If you lay two or three down and detonate them between the medic and uber'd player, you can seperate them long enough to kill the now un-uber'd player leaving the medic standing hopelessly uber'd if they're alone. You can also keep the medic in the air with stickies, again preventing an uber's effectiveness.

    Nice post though, I learned a couple tricks from it.

    Very important on defense. I have been trying lay stickies on and around points and then spam. If they push and I die my trap wont do any good. Retreat heal up get ammo, then get back into the battle. If they get tot he point while your in spawn or elsewhere blow em to bits. That's my point your standin on.
