Minicast stream sounds like aliens screaming in my ear.

Everytime I try to get the minicast going from the link posted on the article, it takes me to a new tab with a small quicktime-esque stream on it. I try to play it but everytime I do it blasts in my ear maximum volume scratches. Everything is in-audible.

And yes, my headphones work fine.

Right Click -> Save Target As.

Try updating/reinstalling quicktime? I've never had this problem.

That or, as Imis said, Right-click, select Save Target As, and save it to your system and use whatever program you normally use to play MP3's.

or get them from iTunes. You'll have to hit the refresh button for the new ones to show up.. for whatever reason they aren't updating automatically.

lol yea i had to do that the first time i listed to one. it sounded all slowmo alien crazy shit. jsut save it and listen to it on windows media or whatever u use

I'm not certain why, but for some people it sounds like that, and others it sounds normal (when you left-click the dl link and get the quicktime window).. I've never had that problem, but I know Rock_Lobster has.
