1. I got banned because it looked like i intentionally team killed a person.

2. I was on the battlefield 3 server. I dont know which admin banned me. There were several admins on.

3. What happened was that i was in a tank (like normal) and i was jumping out repairing then jumping back in and killing more and the same thing over and over. In the process of repairing one time a guy ran up right next to me (he saw me repairing) and jumped in and started to take off. I asked him several times to either get in second gun for get his own tank or just get out. He never responded. So i figured he wasnt reading chat, ive never seen him in the server before so i figured he never played here before. So i jumped out to shoot him with a rocket once to see if i could get his attention. I am an engineer who always caries a repair tourch so even if i did shoot him i could fix him right back up, no harm no foul. The problem was that when i jumped out and shot my rocket i didnt see the tank a ways infront of us and the rocket guy which both shot at him, my rocket hit last and killed him. I said "sry" then a minute later was banned for ITK with no warning or nothing said to me. No questions and the guy didnt even say anything in chat either.

4. I wont do it again because i know the rules and didnt intend to do it in the first place.
