    No, because my brother plays too, we play together for the most part, but he is more of a troll. He gets bored and harasses admins, and tk's he is kinda immature.

    So how do you play together if he hasn't been online since you got your account? Do you have another account that you normally play on with him?

    Recently we have both had a lot of studying for test and such so i guess that makes sense.

    Before you guys hand down your verdict, i'd just like to add that i really enjoyed playing on the TPG server, and i wouldn't intentionally jeopardize me playing on one of the last good servers.

    Sorry for the delay, I have been in class all week, and have not had time to respond. TPG has a zero tolerance for VAC bans, and "your brother's" account is VAC banned. Based on the evidence available to us it appears that the account is actually yours, and this new account is to be able to play on VAC enabled servers again. I do not believe you and your brother have two accounts so you can play together because the account I banned is only 4 days old. Due to all of the evidence available to us both of your accounts will remain permanently banned from all of our servers with no appeal option unless the VAC ban is removed from the old account.

    I'd like to make a motion to have the evidence of my brother's account removed from the trial. It was illegally obtained. I will file suit in the appropriate us district court. There is absolutely no evidence that I have ever cheated or broken any rules. I thought this was America god damnit
