Unban Request - Samstorm

Hey admins, I recently just hopped on one of your servers, TeamPlayerGaming.com CS:S and was banned in game after about an hour of playtime. Here I would like to contest my ban with a few points.

First off, here are my stats for the short time I was playing in the server: TeamPlayer Gaming - Player Information

My Steam ID is: STEAM_0:1:40881795
The date I joined the server for the first time was 2/16/2012, around 6:00 I believe, and some players I can post are: [IRON] nihilanth311,٠|λώ|٠ MeBad,SQUIRREL,Manwe,{HRD} CivilWars, and TrAiT Burning Lynx |™Δ.

I was really enjoying the server, as It was one of my first times playing Competitive CSS. Yes, I know I am about 10 years late ;P and I considered myself a pretty good team player, as I was usually first or second on the scoreboard, and we really never dropped 5 rounds below the other team. I knew most of the calls the players were speaking out, and for the most part it was really fun. I believe I was most likely banned for a few slip ups of not following the call. I was banned after trying to rush a bomb site and getting killed while running with my knife to the bomb site, from the side. I do not know which admin(s) had banned me, as they were anonymous.

Why I should be unbanned.
Well I think I do have a lot of room for improvement, mainly in the team playing/calls area, but compared to the points area, I believe the ratio evens itself out. I will do my best to follow the calls, and be an overall better team player by learning the calls, and learning from my mistakes in other public servers.

I will follow all the rules, all the calls, and guidelines of the server, as it was the first time I had really enjoyed CS:S, and I hope to get back in the game and have fun.

Please keep in mind that I was relatively new to the competitive community, and will myself learn the basics, and advanced skills of teamplay, and calls of competitive CS:S.

I am your banning admin. Let me explain to you the things that lead to your ban. First, there were continual complaints by your teammates that you were being a disruption to the call. You were running and shooting your gun when the part of the team you were with was supposed to be quiet, but more importantly there were 3 calls that prompted your ban. First, we rushed B, and you had the bomb. We took the site, and instead of planting you went and hid. Several of your teammates were yelling at you to plant, and you never did, so we lost. Later we went B again, and you were in the front of the rush. You decided to stop, blocking your whole team, and ruining the rush yet again. After that rush I warned you via admin message that if you messed up the call again you would be banned. The very next round illektrik called a split on A that we had done at least a half a dozen times that map. The bomb was supposed to go lower, and 4 people watching mid stairs, not crossing mid. You had the bomb, and decided to run across mid. You were killed, and ruined yet another round for us. After that you were banned.

In the beginning I/we were willing to give you the benefit of the doubt that you may have been new, and didn't know how to walk, or some of the calls. After it happens repeatedly it makes you look like you are trolling intentionally. So now that you know what prompted your ban is this just a case of being new, or are you here to cause problems?

Sorry for the problems, I am new, and that game was one of my first competitive games. Although I did screw up a bit, I am trying to learn and get better. It was really enjoyable, and I think my aim and skill level are at par, its just learning the ropes of teamplay.

By vote of the admins your ban has been lifted. PM me here if you have any problems connecting to the servers. As a word of advice, though not required, if you don't have a mic get one. If you have a mic use it. If you don't understand what to do then ask. A person doing something wrong, but asking for help, appears to be new, but a person doing something wrong in silence appears to be a trouble maker.
