1. I believe an admin mistook me for specing for cash. Playing on the CT side our team was up 5-1 and i had over 7k cash. The two rounds I went spectator and rejoined CT the admin must have mistaken that I was specing for cash, although it did not affect my money value because I had well over the 800 starting amount. I tried to message the admin in game and tell him but he just replied "i saw you do it twice. take the warning" so I figured there was no point to explain anything to him. I continued to play and eventually i switched to T sign through the auto-assign button and during my first round on T i was banned. I assume it was for the previously mentioned warning of specing for cash? Although im not sure.

2. I was playing on the counter-strike source no awp/auto server on de_losttemple_pro. I dont know what admin banned me but I know many of the admins that were on such as Iravedic.

3. I should be unbanned because I did not break any rules I'm aware of and I believe the admin made a mistake.

4. I know the rules perfectly well as I have been playing on the servers since they were texas team player servers and I did not nor do I plan on breaking any of the rules.

You were banned for repeatedly switching to spectate and then to a team (which is a known exploit to receive startmoney), including once after an admin warned you not to do it.

You stated that you were not doing it for money. If that is the case, why did you repeatedly switch to spectate and then back to your team (or in the case of your final swap, the other team)?

Please answer the above question.

Easy question. If you see my profile I have probably one of the highest t to ct playing ratio. Last time I checked it was something in the range of 70% T and 30% CT side. The CT side was up 5-1 and i hate playing on the easy side of maps so I was trying to switch with a T player by going to spectate to make the CT team have 1 less player so a T player could switch. And therefore when I finally did switch to T I joined for the previously mentioned reason.

Ah I just looked. 78% terrorist to 22% Counter-terrorist ratio. I try to only play on the losing/hard side of the maps

By CSS admin vote, your ban has been removed.

In the future if you are trying to switch teams, stay in spectate until a spot comes available. When we (as admins) see "X has joined spectator" "x has joined Counter-Terrorists" right in a row in chat we are going to assume the person is spectating for money. Especially if its multiple times.
