Thread: Unban Request

This is Isno (steam ID: STEAM_0:0:12812209), and I was banned from the TPG CSS No Awp server. I was banned between 2:30am and 3:00am central time, but I am not positive on who the admin was (possbly an OGX member). I do believe I was banned along with Scanner for probable ghosting. I will own up and say that I was being a complete idiot joking that Scanner could hear all the T calls while being on skype with me. In all honesty, he could not hear anything from my headset, and I was being a jerk hoping that he would get kicked or at least warned.

Now while it is true that sometimes we can hear things on from the other's headset, we usually notify the other when we can, and do whatever we need to to where that isnt possible. For example, I will mute my mic or even hum a bit so that the mic picks up my voice instead of my game sounds.

I cannot control what my mic picks up because my razer headest pics up so much sound at the lowest sensitivity level. Excuses aside, I promise that I will never claim that I am ghosting or ever will ghost again. Even though I slipped this time, I have the utmost respect for TPG and the dedicated players I play with daily. I might get a little ragey sometimes, but I always follow all rules and make sure they are being upheld by other players. These servers are the only ones I play on for CSS, and I would hate to not be able to play on them in the future for mistakes I have made.

I hope you will vote in my favor of allowing me back, and especially Scanner since he wasnt aware of what I was doing until right before he got banned.

You are correct that you were banned for ghosting, which you informed everyone in the server that you were doing:

Ghosting is cheating and we take it very seriously, even joking about it will get you banned. You have admitted to being in Skype with Scanner, which creates the opportunity to cheat at anytime (by calling out locations, overhearing the calls, etc.). I would recommend that you not play in TPG at the same time that you are in a 3rd party voice program.

The CSS admins will vote to decide if you are to be allowed back to TPG. Do you have anything else to add before I start your vote?

Make sure you take steps to prevent something like this from happening again because there will be less leniency. See you on the servers!
