#1. Why do you think you got banned?
For not following the call. Granted there were about 3 people making calls and especially one that was "stoned" and admitted it and did not know the names of the places on the map (Contra). Thus when I was flashed, when we rushed mid, I came out on the wrong side and killed some fool running at us and with mid locked down i was going to rush B through sands, instead of crossing mid again. I do apologize for this confusion and for it seeming as if i was trying to not follow the call.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
One of the two servers, the map was Contra on 5/1/2012. No idea. No idea.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Because I am a regular (nearly 5 years) to this server and i always try to follow the call. There are times when one will get distracted by the complexity of the call (coupled with a poor explanation of the intended call) and from things spilling or cats knocking stuff over in my room. There will never be a moment when i try and not follow the call in the future.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will keep my head above water and ask for clarification were I to have been confused by a call.

I am your banning admin and you were indeed banned for not following the call.

Ts were having trouble following the calls on de_contra, partly because a few calls were confusing or poorly worded, but most were normal and understandable. Warnings were issued to follow the call and things went fine for a few rounds. On the round you were banned, the call was very simple: middle to sands to A. The team did this and many of us died in sands near A, except you went into cathedral and watched plank room, getting easy kills on rotating CTs. You did not ask the caller if you could do this and your team needed every available person to take A. Further, you state in your request that your intention was to go into B site, which was definitely not part of the call.

If this had been the first time you had deviated from the call or if it was rare for you to do so, you would have received a warning. But other admins and I have noticed you not following the call in the past, including some instances where you have been warned/slayed. With this incident on contra I had had enough and so I banned you on the spot.

You need to convince the CSS admins that you will not remain a problem in the future. Before I put up your vote, please respond.

I meant A, not B. I was blind, like I said, and ended up on the left side of mid. Seeing someone come through cathedral I killed them and was going to reload and go through it to sands, rather than back out mid. I wasn't trying to not follow the call, nor had I been an issue during the map previous. Yes, I have gone the wrong way in the past. But, like I explained, I never try and not follow the call. If I mess up once in a while, it's not like anyone hasn't either. I am not excusing my actions by comparing myself to the human race but I thought I had expressed having been honest in the mistake. I have never been rude or blatant in any of the mistakes I have made. I do intend to maintain a consistent stance in following calls in the future as best I can. Like I have expressed before, I do apologize.
